What’s the Difference Between Nissan Maxima, Altima, and Sentra Performance?

When you’re cruising the town in your sedan, you expect your vehicle to be agile and able to easily maneuver any tight turns you encounter. Luckily for you, all three Nissan Sedans offer that ability, but how do they differ?

Nissan Altima Engine Specs

For starters, only the Nissan Altima is offered with available Intelligent All-Wheel Drive (AWD). With this system, a series of sensors will constantly monitor the conditions of the roadways. If it detects extra traction’s needed, it will distribute power to the wheels that need it most. If conditions appear normal, all power will be sent to the front wheels, helping maximize fuel efficiency, too.

Additionally, with the Altima, you’ll have two engine options to choose from: the standard 2.5L engine or the available 2.0L Variable Compression Turbo (VC-Turbo™) engine. With the Maxima and the Sentra, only one engine is offered.
